How long do your wax melts last?
This varies depending on fragrance and burner type, but most customers enjoy multiple burns from each segment.
Are your wax melts highly scented?
Yes — all wax melts are made using premium fragrance oils to provide a strong and long-lasting scent throw.
What wax do you use?
Our wax melts are handmade using natural soy wax blend.
Car Diffusers
How do I use vented car diffusers?
Simply apply a few drops of fragrance oil to the felt pad and clip onto your car vent. Reapply fragrance as needed.
How long do car diffusers last?
This depends on usage and fragrance strength, but many customers enjoy fragrance for several weeks before refreshing.
Can fragrance oils damage surfaces?
Please avoid contact with polished, painted, plastic, or delicate surfaces as fragrance oils will cause damage if spilled.
Room & Pillow Mists
Can pillow mists be used on skin?
No — room & pillow mists are designed for fabrics and rooms only and are not intended for body use.
Can I use room mists in my car?
Yes — many customers enjoy using them in cars, vans, and small spaces.
Handmade Products
Are all products handmade?
Yes — every product is lovingly handmade by me in Devon in small batches.
Will every resin item look exactly the same?
No — due to the handmade nature of resin products, colours, patterns, and finishes will vary, making every piece unique.
Why are there small bubbles in resin items?
Tiny micro-bubbles can occasionally appear during the curing process and are a normal part of handmade resin art.
Fragrance Information
Are your fragrances inspired by designer perfumes and aftershaves?
Some fragrances are inspired by popular perfumes, aftershaves, and luxury scents, however they are not affiliated with any designer brands.
Do you offer seasonal fragrances?
Yes — seasonal and limited edition fragrances are released throughout the year.
